With individual therapy, we join you in your journey as you work through your feelings. There are things that can restrict us from being who we were created to be. Painful childhood experiences, relationship stressors, anxiety, depression, faulty coping mechanisms can stand in the way of moving forward. We can help you navigate through whatever may be causing your distress.
We work from a collaborative treatment approach to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where you can discuss your concerns and feelings.
We pull from a variety of counseling techniques depending on individual needs: Restoration Therapy, EMDR, CBT, Allender Theory, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and LogoTherapy.
